- Term 3: USD 5,900 (due date: 26 Mar).
- Total annual tuition (reduced wartime rate): USD 19,600.

- 2, 3, and 4‑year‑old classes (preschool):

- Term 2: USD 3,500 (due date: 11 Dec).

Capital fund and other compulsory fees

- Annual Capital Fund fee: USD 1,600 per student (applies to age groups 5 years old and above). This is payable in addition to tuition and can be paid in full or split across the three terms as USD 600 (Term 1), USD 500 (Term 2), and USD 500 (Term 3).

- Cafeteria / meal plans: Meal subscriptions are available (monthly or yearly); cafeteria operates as a cashless system using prepaid accounts. Payments for cafeteria services are processed in Ukrainian Hryvnia (UAH) and should be made by bank transfer to the school's/caterer's account.

Billing schedule and payment terms

- The academic year is billed in three terms with the usual term due dates shown above (Term 1 in August, Term 2 in December, Term 3 in March). Refunds and withdrawal policy

- Tuition fees for a term are fully refundable only if the student is withdrawn within the first 10 school days of that term. After 10 school days, the tuition fee for that term becomes non‑refundable. Parents should notify the Business Office promptly if withdrawal is anticipated.

- Boarding is not applicable; the school operates as a day school (no boarding program).

- School supplies: KIS provides the necessary classroom supplies for students; parents are not required to purchase general supplies before the first day.

- Uniforms and personal items: No fixed uniform fee is listed in the school fee schedule. Uniform or sports kit costs are not stated as a compulsory school fee in the 2026–27 fee schedule. Kyiv International School is an English-language nonprofit day school in Kyiv serving students from age 2 to secondary graduation. Located at 3A Svyatoshynsky Provulok, it serves Kyiv's diplomatic and business communities. The school offers an English-language international curriculum with AP courses and the IB Diploma Program in the Secondary School, along with intensive English support.
