Admissions
1. Receiving and submitting the application. The school requires an application with the following supporting documents: four photographs of the child; a copy of the child's birth certificate; a copy of the child's vaccination report; a copy of the child's previous school report, attested by the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the country of origin; copies of the Qatar ID for the child and for both parents; and copies of the passports for the child and both parents. Applications with missing documents are not accepted and the assessment will not occur. The process begins once the school receives a complete application package. 2. Assessment and offer. The child is assessed after the application is complete, and assessment fees must be paid before the assessment (nonrefundable) by card or bank transfer. The seat is offered once the child passes the assessment, and payment of registration fees (nonrefundable) and a deposit for Term 1 must be paid within three days of the offer. The academic year seat is reserved for the first two weeks, and the joining date must be communicated in writing with full term fees paid in advance. 3. Year placement and documentation. The school registers the student in the grade following the current grade provided the latest school report for the current academic year is submitted and the final end‑of‑year report is submitted by August. If the student fails the end‑year exams and a complete report is not provided, the student may repeat the same grade according to the Ministry of Education directives, unless a non‑objection letter from the parent is provided. If the final report is not provided on time, the student's name may not be included in the class list for the next academic year. 4. Residence permit requirement. Attendance requires a valid residence permit; students without a valid permit are not able to attend. 5. Withdrawal policy. If withdrawal occurs, a withdrawal form must be signed one month after leaving; the deposit is nonrefundable if withdrawal is made without informing the registration department.
